Depression Therapy
Struggling with feeling down, blue and unmotivated ? Depression is a multi faceted mental health concern that deserves appropriate assessment and treatment. Depression can make people feel unwell and as though they are living an unfulfilling life. Depression can be problematic in many ways as it can present sneakily and impact how a person lives their life. One of my many goals in therapy is to support individuals who are living with depression to understand the impact, what could be contributing to the mood disorder and learn to push back on the Depression. At Heights Psychological my hope is to support individuals to make choices that are consistent with their values and to stop allowing depression to cloud their experiences.
